RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

OVERVIEW

At A&M Freestyle Designs, many of our products are personalized, engraved, custom-made, or produced specifically for each order.

Because of the customized nature of our products, all sales are final.

Please review all personalization details carefully before placing your order.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

A&M Freestyle Designs does not accept:

- Returns
- Exchanges
- Refunds

Approved claims will be resolved solely through replacement of the affected product.

REPLACEMENT REQUEST ELIGIBILITY

Replacement requests may be considered only when a product is received with:

- A verified manufacturing defect
- A verified production error
- Verified shipping damage

Submission of a replacement request does not guarantee approval.

All replacement requests are subject to review and inspection by A&M Freestyle Designs.

REPLACEMENT REQUEST REQUIREMENTS

To request a replacement, customers must contact A&M Freestyle Designs within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery and provide:

- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product
- Photographs of packaging if shipping damage is claimed
- Any additional information requested during review

Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in denial of the request.

INSPECTION AND DETERMINATION

A&M Freestyle Designs reserves the sole right to determine whether:

- A manufacturing defect exists
- A production error occurred
- Shipping damage occurred
- A product qualifies for replacement

Additional photographs, information, or return of the product may be required before a determination is made.

NON-QUALIFYING ISSUES

Replacement requests will not be approved for:

- Customer-submitted spelling errors
- Customer-submitted grammar errors
- Incorrect names, dates, or personalization information provided by the customer
- Design selections approved by the customer
- Uploaded artwork supplied by the customer
- Variations in natural materials including wood, slate, leatherette, stone, or similar materials
- Variations in engraving appearance caused by material characteristics
- Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect the intended use of the product
- Color differences resulting from screen settings, photography, lighting, or monitor calibration
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper use, misuse, neglect, accidents, modifications, or improper care after delivery
- Requests submitted after the claim period has expired

NATURAL MATERIAL VARIATION

Many products sold by A&M Freestyle Designs utilize natural or specialty materials.

Variations in:

- Color
- Grain
- Texture
- Surface markings
- Edge characteristics
- Engraving appearance
- Engraving contrast

are normal characteristics of the material and are not considered defects.

Each product is unique and may differ slightly from photographs, mockups, digital renderings, or previous orders.

APPROVED CLAIMS

If a claim is approved, A&M Freestyle Designs may, at its sole discretion:

- Replace the affected product with the same item
- Replace the affected product with a substantially similar item
- Reproduce the product using the original order specifications

No refunds, store credits, exchanges, or cash reimbursements will be provided.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

A&M Freestyle Designs' responsibility for approved claims is limited solely to replacement of the affected product.

A&M Freestyle Designs shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, consequential, special, or secondary damages arising from product use, personalization choices, customer-submitted information, shipping delays, or delivery issues.
