ORDER PROCESSING
Many products sold by A&M Freestyle Designs are personalized, custom-made, engraved, printed, or produced specifically for each order.
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Actual processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, customization requirements, holidays, equipment maintenance, supplier delays, or other operational factors.
Processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Orders are not processed, produced, or shipped on weekends or major holidays.
SHIPPING METHODS
Shipping methods are displayed during checkout when available.
Available shipping options may vary based on destination, package size, product type, and carrier availability.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Delivery estimates provided during checkout are carrier estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
A&M Freestyle Designs is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Customs processing
- Labor disruptions
- Transportation interruptions
- Carrier capacity issues
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
- Events beyond our reasonable control
TRACKING INFORMATION
Tracking information will be provided when available after an order has shipped.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and delivery status.
SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
A&M Freestyle Designs is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may be required before the order can be reshipped.
RISK OF LOSS AND DELIVERY
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer when the order is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, shipping performance is outside the direct control of A&M Freestyle Designs.
DELIVERED PACKAGES
A package marked as delivered by the carrier shall be considered delivered.
Customers who believe a delivered package is missing should:
- Verify the shipping address
- Check with household members
- Check nearby delivery locations
- Contact the shipping carrier directly
A&M Freestyle Designs is not responsible for theft, loss, or misplacement occurring after carrier-confirmed delivery.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If a shipment arrives damaged, the customer must contact A&M Freestyle Designs within 7 calendar days of delivery.
The customer may be required to provide:
- Order number
- Photographs of the product
- Photographs of the packaging
- Additional information requested during review
Damage claims are subject to review under our Return & Replacement Policy.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout unless otherwise stated.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- Brokerage fees
- Other government-imposed charges
A&M Freestyle Designs is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.
POLICY CHANGES
A&M Freestyle Designs reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective upon posting to this website.
